坦白説，新開的房間衞生和服務還行，但是位置比較偏，僅適合自駕，否則出行非常不方便。讓我給生氣給差評有兩個點，一個是太吵一個是早飯。晚上十二點多村裡就開始放鞭炮，早上五點不到又開始了，一個晚上沒睡好。要説鞭炮不可控老闆也沒辦法，那早飯老闆就太糊弄人了，早飯真心讓人漲見識了，以為有賓館抬頭的要比名宿稍微正規一點，四百多一個晚上的賓館先不説早飯種類不多，八點半下來吃早飯，結果一半是空的，就一個工作人員忙進忙出也沒有加菜的意思，後面有十幾個人吃飯，都隨便吃了一點，我等孩子吃飯到9點除了加點雞蛋和饅頭，其他沒加過。（前台説過早餐時間是到九點結束的）

設施：酒店是新房子，裝修是簡約風格，非常的新。
衞生：非常的明亮，乾淨。
環境：房間乾淨整潔，周邊有超市和飯店，可以放煙火，非常的有煙火氣。
服務：老闆和老闆娘非常的熱情，老闆親自接送站。
對於這個春節來説，整體來説性價比很高。

從陝西自駕海南後，經東南沿海北上到霞浦玩，在平台查詢優品酒店，落住後感覺非常的好；酒店距離中心景點都很方便，新開酒店非常乾淨安靜，停車與早餐也很便捷，老闆喜樂帥氣人很熱情，值得推薦。

老闆熱情周到，幫我們找到停車的點，一共6層樓，我們住在六樓，乾淨整潔，床上用品舒適，早點簡單，時間略晚，7點半才開始。

感覺攜程的評分越來越離譜了 昨晚住了這個酒店 作為一個城鄉結合部的酒店不是有多差 也還過得去 老闆不錯 但是也不至於評5分 無論環境 房間 設備 早餐都不滿足 這種5分評起來沒有任何參考價值 而且會誤導消費者不知道是怎樣一個機制評出的 以後到攜程選酒店不知該什麼看

酒店很新，寬敞明亮，有配套電梯。早餐是簡餐，品種挺多，吃了很舒服。
房間很乾凈，設計比較合理，配套用品齊全。
地理位置佳，去每個景點都差不多時間。
