賓館屬於私人旅館，價格便宜，一層樓衹有兩間房，沒有電梯，房間乾淨整潔，晚上睡覺清靜，停車在後麪小區裏，離賓館衹有幾十米遠，出門左轉那條街是美食街，有很多吃的，附近還有永輝超市沃爾瑪，白天去霞浦北線南線玩耍都很方便，晚上在縣城住宿，性價比高

房間的優點就是夠大 離美食一條街挺近的 如果有帶重行李的慎重下單 因為賓館沒有電梯 三樓在四樓 走上走下有點小累

續住評論。建議空調修一下，燈具更新一下，設備老舊了。不過性價比還是算高的。對於自駕旅行的人能免費停車就可以。

老闆服務很好，廁所燈壞了説一聲也很快來修好了，房間很寬敞衞生也還不錯，環境不吵鬧，晚上挺安靜的，周圍吃飯的地方也挺多，除了搬行李上下樓梯有點費力，其他都挺不錯的，好評。

兩年輕夫妻開的店，服務周到熱情，有問必答；離酒店50米左右有個小吃一條街，吃喝方便；離北歧灘塗5～6公里，離花竹村車程大概1小時。

靜園賓館的位置很好，就在太康路不遠的福寧大道，是霞浦縣最熱鬧的地方，不但方便去太康路吃海鮮，周邊的小吃店也不少，是我喜歡的老縣城的樣子。
不過酒店是家庭旅店，一層就兩個房間，也沒電梯，好在房間很大，熱水供應也充足，住得很舒服。

房間比預期的大，設施比較乾淨，性價比好，前台接待態度不錯。關鍵是可以停車，周邊環境熱鬧，生活方便。衞生也比較乾淨。
