花竹村位置比較偏遠，村子裏留守的以長者居多，比較原生態，沒有任何商業，連一家小賣部都沒有。這家民宿作為花竹規模最大，設施最完善的一家民宿，入住體驗還是不錯的。位置非常好，距離一號觀景台衹有5分鐘路程。民宿下面有停車場，比較方便。去民宿需要上台階，行李重的親們一定要提前聯繫，小火車可以運送行李。我們當時不知道，拎着15公斤的箱子爬台階，累壞了。下山體驗了小火車送行李服務，挺好玩。民宿有自己的餐飲，價格稍貴，但考慮到這裏交通不便，能解決吃飯問題，還是很歡喜的。不遠處有一處營地，民宿樓頂也有露台，晚上可以看星星。山村的夜非常寂靜，清晨有公雞打鳴聲，體驗感很強。這個季節夜晚有點涼，需要開空調。花竹位於東八區經網上正中的位置，是中國的標準海上日出時間，它的出名也正是源於此，央視曾兩次在花竹直播，日出東方和新年的第一縷霞光。門口那條路是著名的三條國道之一的東部沿海228國道（遼寧丹東～廣西東興）。感興趣的親們可以體驗一下

好也不好。
好的是位置，如果來霞浦看日出，花竹是首選，海琴軒應該是花竹首選，民宿的設施完備，衞生情況良好。
不好的是隔音，不要選擇花竹樓，樓上應該是餐廳，反覆拖動桌椅的聲音持續到十點後，實在很影響睡眠。

設施：房間設計跟石厝風格比較搭，餐廳會議室游泳池一應俱全，還可以露營，配套完善。
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，洗漱用品等看得出來有用心，且讓人使用起來放心。
環境：免費給升級了三樓的日出房，風景很棒，門口有個露台可以觀景、看日出，晚上可以看星空。不遠處就是日出觀景台，步行三五分鐘就能到，適合鄉看日出但又不想太早起的朋友。
服務：民宿會提前聯繫，發送各種攻略，到了幫忙提行李，有問題都會及時回答，服務很貼心到位！

因為不想早起上山看日出，定了這酒店，沒想到民宿整體很舒服乾淨。老闆還幫我們升級了日出房，幫忙提拿行李。民宿看日出很方便，5分鐘可以到1號日出觀景平台。晚餐在酒店吃，海鮮新鮮，味道好，收費合理，滿意。老闆人很好。想看日出的推薦。花竹的日出還是值得期待

環境位置燈光設施絕佳，房間很大，枕頭和床非常舒服，衞生不錯，但是沒有電視機。這個問題不大，還有就是可能房子結構問題，通風一般，覺得有點悶，不過陽台比較大，比較通暢，還是不錯的。隔音效果不怎麼樣，主要外面有簡易樓梯。

民宿在花竹半山坡，老舊石屋，古樸自然。從民宿走10分鐘路到達山頂，山頂有一處金碧輝煌宗祠。驚人驚喜的是，在山頂就可以在待日出東方，根本不需要去1號觀日平台，這裏沒有人，視野也更佳開闊。沿海漁村的空氣裏總是充斥了海鮮的腥甜味，勾起人的食慾。我們在民宿自家的餐廳吃了蚵仔煎、水煮大蝦、花蛤燉蛋、牛肉青椒、炒甜豆、炒青菜，調料少放，勝在新鮮。

房間乾淨衞生，老闆人很好，離日出觀景點特別近，走過去很方便。日出很美。民宿很有特色，他家很大，房間很多，室外還有個活動空間，除夕晚上有篝火晚會還放煙花。中飯和晚飯都可以在他家點菜吃，很方便，不用擔心住花竹村沒地方吃飯。

房間不大，放東西的地方太少，房間的設計比較有個性但是不實用！離花竹第一日出觀景點很進去，步行3、5分鐘就到！應該是花竹村最大的一個民宿，有好幾棟房子，在大平台上還搞了圍爐煮茶和帳篷之類的，天氣暖和的時候可以晚上喝茶看星星！
