各種硬件設施不錯，前台人員服務也不錯，我把東西落在酒店，還幫助我郵寄回來。
讓我感到“美中不足”是，一個房間2個人，就送兩瓶水，再叫水還要付錢，試問屋裡暖氣熱，空氣比較乾燥不喝水行麼？
這就是管理出現問題了，希望能重視

前兩天出差入住了夏邑中州國際飯店，花園式酒店環境一流，前台小姐姐服務熱情，進入客房以後超大的落地陽台陽光非常好，房間咖啡喝完了，客房服務很熱情的又給送了咖啡和水，早餐豐富多樣，葷素水果搭配非常好。還有現做的餛飩和麪條，超級超級贊。這種配置和環境價格是真便宜。

房間很寬敞，這個價格在夏邑真是無可挑剔，之前來出差都是400多的，沒想到房價降那麼多什麼也沒變，前台小姐姐服務一如既往的熱情，房間衞生做的很乾凈，自助早餐幾十個品種非常豐盛。幫忙給叫車還給推薦了本地特色的小吃，進店的第一感覺就跟回家似的很舒服，我出差首選這家，很不錯值得推薦👍👍👍

酒店雖説比較大氣，但設施老舊，室內衞生死角灰塵都很大，前台服務人員就更不談了，態度極差……告訴我無煙房預留接待領導，普通房要做無煙處理需要加收費用，同意馬上付費，但晚上沒人處理……哎，地方上的“領導”就是**……進去房間一股煙味……桌椅拿濕紙巾一擦都是黑的……

可千萬避雷吧、要不是朋友在裏面有會員、不會住，酒店配不上價格、包括裏面的服務人員、擺不正自己的身份嗎？服務人員！我朋友也遇到一次、凌晨一點去的、前台睡著了、一副很不屑的表情説房間滿了、**小紅書都避雷姐妹了、吃拉肚子跟攜程説明、還把顧客拉黑、這就是他們的處理問題的態度、他們可能不缺休息的顧客吧、但是我們也不缺可以住的酒店、
