房間很寬敞，而且帶孩子用起來非常舒服！沙發茶几一應俱全！需要什麼前台小姐姐也非常迅速！而且態度非常的好！走的時候還專門拿了涼山產的苦蕎茶，此行西昌，都是住的星程，留下了很好的印象！十分推薦！

來住這家酒店真的太值了！一進門就感覺特別乾淨，很温馨，床軟乎乎的，躺下就不想起來。工作人員態度特別好，有求必應，連問個路都超耐心。早餐種類多，味道也不錯，樓下交通也方便，附近吃飯逛街都很方便。住得特別舒服，下次還來！

房間寬敞乾淨，服務挺好，周邊飯店挺多。早餐選擇稍微少一點，不過味道還不錯，就是素菜也有點辣，不太習慣。
酒店是好幾家不同的店租同一棟樓，都是刷卡到相應樓層。
建議改進：1.停車場標誌指示不夠清晰。2.房間按鈕沒標誌，開關燈要每個都試一遍。

住進星程，突然讀懂了“細水長流”，我常年出差，覺得酒店衹是睡一覺的容器。直到這次在西昌星程，被微笑服務，熨斗架上墊着的牛皮紙（防燙壞衣服）、淋浴間地漏永遠清清爽爽沒有頭髮絲這些小小的細節戳中。客房大姐打掃的時候會把我攤在桌上的資料理整齊，我退房那天在下雨，前台撐傘送我去出租車時，行李箱忽然被卡了石子，她蹲下去用指甲把石頭弄了出來，很細緻的服務，出差首選！

這是我出去這麼多次，第一次點評，首先房間還是蠻乾淨的，位置還是很好找，周邊吃的也蠻多的，重點是我第一天出門的時候忘記去前台弄停車票了，結果兩個車遭了四十的停車費，原本也是自己的責任，但是和酒店的店長溝通了之後，還是報銷了一個車的費用，雖然錢不多，但是能明顯的感覺到酒店的服務，就沖這點，我覺得這個酒店就很不錯！付三張就在旁邊的唐園夜景！

住的附近離自己吃東西的地方很近，附近有萬達，交通可以租一輛電動小車，環邛海一圈遊玩。酒店房間很大，就是全身境設計的有點問題，衣服掛滿就看不到人了，要不然就不掛，總體還是挺滿意的
