#房東服務態度比較差 那天我在晚上快12點的時候訂的然後凌晨三點多趕過去房東説沒有房間了，她還説那個錢是平台收的又不是她收的，然後叫我自己退錢她説是平台收的可以退，我申請了根本退不了第二天打電話問她的時候説你又沒説是三人間我怎麼知道是不是你，我那天都已經很清楚了，真的太噁心了這種人

4分給賓館，不管怎麼樣實際和照片相符，這就行。負分給前台。入住時我説先看看房，她直接給我三句:你咋好意思説的？我巴不得不租你。旺季的時候我都賣好幾百。我懶得和你掰扯，不在一個層次。衹想告訴一句:你當時可以拒絕我入住的，我一點損失沒有，還能拿網站三倍補償。這樣你也保證了你賓館的高貴品質，多好。

老闆服務態度好，建議升級一下軟裝，把牙膏牙刷用，洗漱用品用好一點，這樣多花不了多少錢，但顧客的體驗就不一樣了

服務太差正需要的時候找不到人，晚上蚊子太多，衞生太差，隔音效果太差，旁邊整什麼都聽到清楚，大半夜還有人吵，衞生紙的沒有，燈也不亮
