房間有黴味 早晚熱水通常沒有。衹有在固定時間才會有 也看不到海景。房間不隔音

酒店離吃飯的地方很近晚上吃夜宵都能下樓直接購買 停車也很方便安全 離邛海也衹有一百米 出行方便 老闆人也很隨和好溝通

挨着小漁村，位置倒是不錯，房間不隔音，隔壁有人打呼吹牛聲音很大，早上沒熱水。洗漱用品也不齊全。千萬不要到門口那個海鮮魚那家店吃，老闆超級摳，有五毛的要給你四捨五入説五毛不好算，叫她少兩塊給我説要是不給她説那五毛肯定會優惠，説了就沒優惠，這像做生意的人嗎？我老婆吃了還拉肚子。反正景區裏面的涼麪千萬別吃，早上去吃是冰凍的，超級冷超級酸，後面實在吃不下去扔了。

老闆娘人確實不錯，不過這海景房……真的是住過條件最差的。房間小，還不隔音，晚上隔壁逗小孩的聲音異常清晰，還有蚊子到處飛，點了蚊香也不管用。早上五點過雞叫的聲音此起彼伏簡直受不了。心裏也知道一百多不可能有海景房，但看到房的那一刻還是有點接受不了……

店家服務很好，由於過節，性價比不好説。但是位置好，出門100米就是邛海小漁村景區，漫步海邊，欣賞晚霞美景。

老闆態度很好，春節期間兩百多的房費，可以接受，有都不錯了，不過設施設備的確有點差，門需要用鑰匙反鎖，不然從外面可以打開，晚上耍晚了回來沒熱水，樓梯地板磚是鬆動的，容易踩滑，院子可以停幾個車，進去的通道有點窄。
