房間很大感覺很不錯，床也是很大可以睡下 4 個人的感覺，非常 OK，然後浴室有浴缸也是很不錯的，裝修風格是簡約型的。衹是房間沒有吹風機，然後就是在前台沒有任何服務介紹，走到面前了都是懵的看着，辦完入住從哪裡上去，指引都是沒有的，門卡也不是很靈通感覺快刷不開門，進房間後發現衣櫃的門不知道是壞的還是怎麼的根本不敢用，推都推不動，感覺像老古董一樣，衣架也是亂放，不整齊的隨意擺放，最煩的是浴室打掃不乾淨，然後洗手枱也是有污漬的。

停車不好停車，地下停車場很窄不好進出也很小。停車問題處理太慢。地毯很臟，感覺都不想踩上去，衣櫃壞的，還在甩來甩去，空調也是不給力。而且服務響應慢，態度差。床也很爛。真的是我住過最差的酒店了。

2025年1月18號凌晨2點左右值班的那個女士（衹有她在值班），既然是新來的那就培訓好再上崗，連哪些房卡是什麼房型都不曉得你幹個鎚子的前台啊作為一個服務行業，連態度都沒有。就我看到的都得罪了3個客人，住了四天，衹有那天那麼日龍，我在攜程上定的房型本來有，給我説沒得了，升到一個套房（本以為是好事），直到那個套房空調也是壞的，席夢思的彈簧都duo出來了，根本就冷的睡不着，又硬，給前台打電話，一直通話中，給我掛掉，大半夜去樓下讓她換房間，又給我換成原來那種房型，還在那兒歪迷日眼的對着我，大姐，你在這裏代表的是酒店形象，你要是覺得自己有個性就別來做服務行業啊。你上夜班也是你自己的選擇，你在這兒歪啥子，四天裏面衹有那天是那麼日龍的。真的服了

我對這家酒店的住宿體驗非常失望。房間的衞生狀況很差，床單和毛巾都很舊，洗手間也很臟。床單都是破的！酒店的設施也很老舊，床墊也很不舒適，硬的無法入睡，空調也無法調節温度。隔音效果差到離譜，門外的人在走廊説話，感覺我自己沒關門一樣，聽的一清二楚。
唯一好的一點就是服務人員的態度還算熱情～

房間衞生很舊，反正所有的設施都舊的怎麼打掃也就那樣，窗簾壞的，地很滑，一不小心還會滑倒那種，設施很舊，其次那個梳子梳一下就彎了梳第二下就短開了，紙巾的質量也很差😒！！吹風機還冒煙了，還好人沒事；最基本的安全和衞生都做不到，這還叫酒店？反正前台服務也不專業，但服務可以勉強接受因為不完全影響我入住，不知道攜程為什麼會掛這樣的東西！我住130多的都比他家好，我還在他家還特意訂了貴的，簡直浪費精力，早上起來還有一衹蟲子在床上跑，在廣州180已經可以住很好很乾凈的房間了，他們這個酒店我第一次住，不回來第二次了！氣死我了😤，廣州九十多塊錢的都比你們酒店好，真的是無語，自己酒店啥樣自己心裏沒點數麼？看着像七十塊錢的住宿，建議老闆別做酒店了真的沒那個實力！****的根本就不值這個價錢。

被套，床單破損，馬桶蓋是一塊瓷磚，淋浴房玻璃上和地上全是水垢和污垢，換氣扇無法正常使用而且快掉下來了，陳設十分老舊，這還5百多一間團購的，真是年年當一當，噹噹不一樣！

他們家的床非常好睡，又打怎麼翻身都可以，位置優越，去哪兒都方便；
床舒適，軟硬兩個枕頭；
衞浴舒適，洗護用品桔子精油類，好聞解乏；
健身房雖不大但服務人員熱情貼心，前台經理熱情解憂服務到整體滿分；
酒店服務非常棒，非常熱情，讓人感受到了家的味道。
