There is a seating area for drinking tea and sunbathing in the public area near Qionghai. If you don't want to walk during the day, you can sunbathe here. If you want to stroll by the lake, you can go directly to the plank road by the lake. In short, the environment is 100 points! Service: Next, let's talk about the service. Before I came, I searched the hotel reviews online. Many people said that the attitude of the hotel waiters was not very good, and they were very arrogant. However, the service I felt after I checked in was very good. From checking in to the shuttle bus to the building where I was, the room service staff were very warm and friendly. I ordered takeout in the evening. The takeout man didn't know the location of the building in the park, and he couldn't explain it clearly on the phone. I met the room service staff downstairs and helped me communicate with the courier. Later, he went to pick up the delivery for me. Other aspects: The hotel's breakfast is very rich, the braised beef rice noodles are super delicious😋, the slippers are very comfortable to wear, they are fluffy and thick, and I took them home.
