每次來西充都住這裏，但是這次真是一次糟糕的入住體驗，房間空調就像剎車失靈的汽車，越來越冷越來越冷，關鍵還沒法調節温度，甚至不能關機，早上起來感覺已經到了寒冬臘月，去洗個澡卻沒有熱水，等於在四川的冬天裏洗了一個冷水澡。

對這個酒店的負責任態度嚴重的有問題。這樣態度和處理事情。用這樣的保安和經理對顧客極差。希望這個董事長把這樣經理對酒店的顧客沒有一點責任心垃圾開了

在網上訂的，並沒有説明是什麼特價房，到店了告知我是特價房，並説明特價房就比正常房間小一點，其他沒區別，就將就入住了。入住發現環境很老舊，空調用不起，床頭插座用不起，廁所淋浴水流很小而且還沒有暖氣，房間裏面還有味道，像是下水道反水的臭味，絕了
