這次入住體驗極差！首先，枕套.毛巾上有明顯污漬，連住兩天第一天我們説過搞一下衞生,結果第一晚回去什麼都沒幹被子都沒整且我們用過的浴巾都還放在那,插板沒通電電工來了説是跳閘了,淋浴房的花灑膠墊是壞的亂滋水,香皂盒裡的泡沫印子也沒擦．其次，服務態度敷衍，第一天不指有問題，第二天準備退房就説枕套,毛巾上有污染痕跡前台給我們看的圖片時間是我們還沒下樓就拍的酒店可以隨時隨地進客房?退房時間12點我們的房9點開始有人敲門喊我去退房呢?污染開始説是我和妹妹的黃頭髮染的我們指出我們不住那間、看了同伴是黑髮沒理由了但是一直説是我們由於我們着急趕路付了污染費,但是完全沒有解決問題的誠意。此外，設施老化嚴重，空調、氧氣噪音大到無法入睡，Wi-Fi信號斷斷續續。花這個價格卻住得如此糟心，完全不值，強烈不推薦！

房間有回水氣味，有吸氧設施不免費提供吸氧管，需要10元一個，也不提示，最後自己備好過去，房間加礦泉水需要再收費，前台不專業對於温泉流程不清晰，不問詢不給票，來回走，服務和房價不匹配，早餐還不錯

一直都很喜歡泡温泉，但僅限於天然温泉，因為天然温泉對身體好。聽朋友介紹卡嘎温泉新開的，想着來試一下，專門從拉薩趁着假期過來。衞生條件超乎我想象的好！游泳池的水也是天然温泉水，水温暖暖的，出池子也不冷，泡温泉我們選了包間，衞生好乾凈，服務也很好還提醒我們泡温泉要補水，贈送了小吃和檸檬水和茶。晚上泡完温泉回酒店房間，彌散式供氧插卡即開，睡覺也很舒服。真的強烈推薦！

入住非常愉快，房間乾淨整潔，床品全新，設施齊全，有氧氣、中央空調等。店內設計風格時尚大膽，有度假風感覺，愜意，舒適。酒店有游泳館、晚上酒店還有篝火晚會，大家可以一起娛樂。

方式:商務出差
價格:太貴。縣城的酒店，在淡季收這個價格，比市裡麪中風的酒店價格還貴。
設施:
1.沒有暖氣。酒店説現在淡季旅遊的人少，他們是中央空調捨不得開。問題是夏季旅遊的人是多了，但是那個時候就不需要空調了啊。
2.電視機不能用。卡的一批，遙控按了半天才反應過來，電視機的系統特別老舊，沒有台就不説了，愛優騰都無法投屏，他們系統有個自己的會員，可是我若是買了你這個專用的會員，我到別的地方又沒法用，你這不是坑人麼。
3.温泉很一般。温泉是男女通用的，而且這個寒冷的季節，也沒有暖氣，凍死了。另外還需要自己準備泳衣以及浴巾等等物品，太麻煩了。
總結，以後我自己是不會住這個酒店了，也不會推薦朋友住。

雖然是一家新開的酒店，但是環境，設施設備都很齊全，人員的服務態度也很不錯，帶着滿身的疲憊感來到酒店，泡了一個天然的温泉，洗清了一身的疲憊，清爽舒服的進入夢鄉！真心推薦這家温泉酒店！👍👍👍
