記得剛開的時候，覺得這家比較乾淨，然後一直都住在這裏，今年去我去這衞生真的得注意一下了，臟死了，那床單根本就沒洗過問了一下保潔阿姨説是沒洗乾淨，但那上面的臟東西我用手一搓會掉 也不知道是真的沒洗乾淨，還是這阿姨偷懶，根本沒換 想要長久衞生得注意一下。

平台售後服務部，舉報西和鴻瑞賓館，我們在平台上預訂了2023年10月2日入住的該賓館，入住後該賓館馬上刪掉了我們的訂單，就是為了避免進行評價。首先酒店住房面積大量縮水（請平台預以核實房間面積），電視是擺設，賓館進出通道更奇葩，來回找幾次，打電話不接，暈（看實拍圖片），進出通道和停車完全考車技，不信來試試，房子就是村中自建房屋，周圍環境可想而知。刪掉訂單的行為值得平台上認真查一查，對消費者負責，維護消費者權益。

這個酒店住了好幾次了，就衞生而言第一次住的時候可能因為剛開始住的人少，挺乾淨，室內環境也挺好，後面住的時候床上會有一兩根毛髮，我都自己收拾了，也不是説非得找茬啥的，這種我都可以忍受，但是但是但是最近住了一些有爹孃生沒人養的小雜碎，一整晚在整個樓道跑來跑去，聲音還特別大，搞得我晚上休息不好，給前台打電話可能大概也是為了讓那幫持續光顧自己的生意就搪塞了我，酒店賓館不就是人晚上用來休息的嗎，那麼吵如何休息，那找其住宿的意義何在？一個良好的酒店環境都沒了！！！這家所有良好的賓館形象都被這幫毀了！！！
