首先房間有一股煙味，服務還算不錯，選了朝南的房間餐廳也沒有罩子有蒼蠅。總體房間佈局還是不錯的房間是大的，但是就是有點煙味

服務熱情周到，房間衞生，設施齊全不老舊，環境有湖又樹有鍛鍊小公園，交通也便利。床墊舒適，床單被罩很親膚，睡的挺好的。
衹是電視遙控器不太靈敏。
總體比較完美。

清潔太不到位了 水杯裏有褐色污垢 打電話給前台處理方案先讓我用一次性水杯第二天房務再來給我説法 沒想到就給完一次性水杯就把我打發了 太不專業了…

早上房間停電給前台打電話，前台説是不是跳閘了，我説不知道，她説你自己推上去不就行了，我説開關在哪裡，她説不知道，我真是服了，你自己都不知道，你讓我怎麼推，又説維修人員還沒有上班，最後説保安上來看看，我問他大概多久，她説那不得上電梯麼，等了一會兒，人沒來，打前台電話，直接不接電話了，而且電話中全程態度差
