從攜程上訂的房間，到了前台説查詢不到訂單，一度讓我以為我沒訂房間，訂的房間有早餐，餐廳寫着早餐時間是上午七點到九點，結果前台説住宿人數少不做早餐，需要的話從外面訂早餐，那你倒是早點給訂啊，離店了也沒見到早餐，房費是真貴，服務也是真差。

開錯房型不提前告知，給別人賠禮道歉態度禮貌並賠償水果，對我態度不禮貌，也沒有相應補償，説愛不住不住，不住可以退掉

房門隔音非常差，預訂的大床房告知沒有了，換成標間説可以給贈送水果，不過訂單裏本來就包含水果。最後連個水果皮也沒見到。早餐羊雜一股酸臭味，油條感覺是隔夜的給熱了一下。
