都2023年了，還能體驗一會上世紀的酒店“風格”實在令人費解，房間內沒有Wi-Fi，沒有電話，衞生間沒有乾濕分離，房間內設施老舊，缺乏修繕，殘破不堪，床墊又硬又硌，一晚上都沒有休息好。將近300一晚的價格，非常非常沒有性價比！不要被招牌迷惑了，當地能找到很多好的多的酒店！

是老式酒店 設施陳舊而且簡陋 服務可以説是我住過酒店最差的！房間沒瓶裝水了 跟總枱要説沒有 跟樓層服務員要説衹有下午兩點才補水 這麼個小問題這麼大酒店竟然對顧客説不！很理解不了 ！ 下次絕對不會選擇這家酒店了，也希望酒店管理層多培訓一下員工！不過早餐還是要表揚一下 品種多 比較豐富。

第一，衞生很差，樓道的地毯非常臟。屋裡麪的也一樣。床品也很一般。
第二，設施很差。屋裡麪電源板非常少，手機充電都是問題。燒水也一樣，衹能在廁所裏。
第三，服務很差。服務員很不耐煩，屋裡連電話都沒有，有事衹能下去叫人。
同他們的價格真的不是一個水平

房間沒放礦泉水第一次給前台打電話 前台説房價低（395的房價）沒有免費礦泉水 要的話三塊錢一瓶（很不耐煩） 然後掛斷電話上預訂平台上看服務內容寫了有免費礦泉水 第二次給平台打電話 又改口説又兩瓶免費礦泉水 我説房間一瓶都沒有 過了幾分鐘服務員來送水 態度極其惡劣 説每個房間挨個放的怎麼可能沒有呢 叫她進來看還很不耐煩 第一次來錫林浩特 酒店趁着考試坐地起價就算啦 服務態度還這麼惡劣 真是不給本地人長臉 太晚了懶得出去買水 搞得就像誰稀罕你家兩瓶爛冰露礦泉水一樣😂房間也就正常吧沒有到要吐槽的地步 但是這種態度的前台和送水的服務員趕緊哪涼快哪待着吧 這種服務態度也能把服務行業幹好就見鬼咯
