The hotel is located near everything. The airport is 15 minutes away. Our room was very large and needed a few more pieces of furniture like 2 chairs and a coffee table. Our shower did not drain properly and flooded the floor. This was shortly after turning it on. There wasn't a spa, swimming pool or bar on site. The beds were comfortable. The food buffets were very good with a lot of variety. The hospitality by staff was exceptional. There were few people that spoke English which caused me to learn how to use my language translator.

客房有升級，有位客房服務的大姐挺熱情，酒店旁邊開了冰上樂園，遊玩方便。春節假期入住人少自助早餐改為送餐可以接受，但是三天餐食一摸一樣……儘管交涉後送了小童早餐，但到了第三天看着就沒胃口，自己在外面吃的早飯

第一，酒店是當地top level的，位置屬於樓王，風景很好，可以看到城市標誌性的人工湖和燈光，還能看到遠處的天邊霞光。
第二，陽面的高層採光很好，被子有充足的日曬。
第三，晚上23點多預訂的，留言需要安靜的陽面房間，前台的高志麗女士很及時響應，安排了商務車接機服務（航班早到了30分鐘，師傅及時出現在機場接機），並記錄預訂訴求編號，入住時根據需求辦理入住，免費升級了豪華房型，賓至如歸。
第四，酒店提供的早餐自助很好，羊把肉鮮美，肉質優秀。中餐廳點餐方便，用餐環境也很好，價格也不錯。
酒店整體表現出非常高的服務品質，顯示出良好的運營管理水平。評價中有關於2017年建立設施相對陳留的聲音，但是出色的地理位置，較大的運營規模（安全），出色的服務態度，優秀的自助早餐品質等，個人認為可以抵消一些這方便顧慮，畢竟好壞是比出來的，當地新酒店規模都相對小，個人觀點僅供參考。

房間不錯，空間大，景色好，服務也不錯。
早餐還可以。
另外，2個建議：
1. 自來水出黃色的水，我們不得已開了有價的農夫。
2. 門口戴眼鏡的服務小哥，看我們一家人提着大大小小的行李下來，看了一眼，趕緊扭頭轉過去了，不是説一定要幫我們，但舉動也太明顯了。

玖苑國際一直是我們多年來到錫林浩特必住的酒店，窗外景色特別驚艷，酒店早餐特別贊，鍋茶濃郁，羊雜湯也很好喝，還有手抓肉，讓我們國慶內蒙之旅第一餐就吃的很開心，曾經還給我們升級過房間，總之這家酒店給我們回到家的感覺！
