地處邊疆小縣城的度假酒店，環境挺不錯。雖然房間設施老舊了一些，但各方面的服務還是挺到位的，酒店贈送的早晚餐味道不錯，衞生也能夠滿足潔癖人士的標準。特別管家小周的服務很周到，提前安排我們我們免費升級了別墅套房的房型，事事也能及時迴應。如果下次還去，應該還會再次入住。
就是入住酒店後，旁邊的勐梭龍潭還要自費進入，和之間客人的評價不一樣了，有些遺憾。

整體很滿意 酒店位於西盟縣中心 毗鄰勐梭龍潭 空氣十分清新 走到陽台就能看到龍潭勝景 走路去龍摩爺聖地也十分方便 酒店還貼心的配備了講解員全程指引 房間都是獨棟別墅 充滿佤族元素 感受到了濃濃的民族傳統文化 很有意思 特別感謝管家小周 服務貼心周到 禮貌專業 第一時間為我解決所有問題 讓客人感受到了回家的感覺
美中不足的是可能由於是旅遊淡季 酒店內工作人員不多 管家衹有一位 需要24小時工作 這是否合理？當然我衹是簡單寫下我的想法 在西盟能有這樣的酒店 已經非常好了 美麗的西盟下次來還會選擇這裏

西盟遊太驚喜了，本來看攻略説西盟一般，本來想放棄這個景點；來了以後發現，這個邊境小鎮太驚喜，乾淨，龍潭和魔龍爺太美了，是原始的美，不是人工造景；酒店非常好，服務貼心，還給升級了房型，早晚餐豐富美味，春節期間安排了各種手工非遺項目：札染、動植物標本、香水製作、線香製作、咖啡烘培等，酒店直接可以看日出，太美了；我住了2晚，父母非常滿意，流連忘返，朋友看照片後，都想來；下次還會來的，是個避世的好地方。

本來對不通高鐵和高速的邊陲小縣城住宿不抱很大期待，沒想到這家位於湖畔的度假酒店讓我們驚喜不已，尤其要感謝小周，聽説我帶着倆長者，免費給我們升級了兩層樓的別墅，而且服務貼心到位，細節考慮周到，要不是後續行程已安排好，真想多住幾天。
環境：坐落在湖畔及原始密林旁的度假型酒店，空氣清新，風景優美，一棟棟小別墅錯落在林子裏，私密安靜且舒適
衞生：打掃的很用心，洗護用品都很好
服務：入住有歡迎水果，冰箱裏各種飲料免費喝，還有免費扎染和DIY香水活動。早上還有工作人員帶領去森林徒步，真棒

沒想到在一個紅綠燈都沒有的邊境小鎮會有這樣棒的度假酒店。非常棒的住宿體驗，管家小李帶我們體驗了扎染，製作香水，前台美女還幫我們升級了別墅套房，出乎意料的驚喜，果斷安排多一晚的住宿，庭院裏的泡湯池舒舒服服的泡了兩晚，在靜謐的夜晚泡湯數星星，一大享受。房間正對湖心，太舒服了。贈送的果盤精緻，用心服務的度假酒店，感受得到的温馨。如果有機會，一定再來
