"説實話，房間一般般！可能是五一假期遊客太多，當時訂房間的時候衹剩下特價的房間。 感覺設施設備老齡化，電視不能看，空調不論怎麼調，温度都是28或29℃，還好今年五一期間温度不是特別熱，要不然住在這裏非得中暑！ 最想吐槽的就是，一張床衹有一個枕頭，這點兒太奇葩了！打前台電話很難打通，打了很久終於接通了，麻煩她們再給送兩個枕頭，前台直接告訴我，因為房間滿了所以沒有多餘的枕頭。給我震驚的，這麼大的酒店，居然沒有兩個備用枕頭，我問她罵我們怎麼辦，帶着孩子出來玩，沒有枕頭夜裡休息不好啊，前台很淡定的告訴我，實在是沒辦法女士，要不您看先暫時就這樣。 第二天上午我又打電話，得到的答覆依然是客滿，沒有多餘的枕頭。説白了，就是訂的特價房間不配有枕頭唄！ 後來遇到樓層打掃衞生的服務人員，我順口問了一句，服務員非常熱情的告訴我，有枕頭讓我稍等她去倉庫幫我們拿，孩子們高興跟着過去拿了，我也跟着過去，進屋一看，那麼多的枕頭，都是乾淨的枕頭套。套一下就可以了！ 真的是無力吐槽！！真的是差勁👎！樓層保潔還是非常不錯的，態度非常好，提出的要求都能快速解決！前台真的是可以開除了，給酒店帶來非常不好的體驗，至少我是絕對不會給我的朋友們推薦這家！"
