酒店沒有任何服務，很早服務人員就和前台在走廊裏大聲用對講機交流。中午休息時打服務員不打招呼直接打開房門，更可氣的時退房四個小時了按金沒有給退，打電話過去諮詢説已經退過了第二天依然沒到賬還給説退了。然後説等一下系統過了一分鐘後讓刷新一下才退過來還狡辯説系統有延遲。妥妥的坑
