#服務不知道什什服務態度自己失職，交了100按金，付款記錄也給看了，有事情等着做車，一直在核對自己的賬，我説先把按金退了，在慢慢的對賬，因為有事情急着走，就是在那對賬，一直説等一下，做為一個前台還給客人吵，本來就是你自己工作的失職，有100的按金，本子上寫的無，對賬不能等把按金退了在對嗎，還有房間的東西不是不是垃圾的，阿姨不知道是什麼不能讓前台問一下客人嗎，兩次都把東西扔了，貴酒店的服務真的很差勁👎
