The reply said that the aunt was off work and would give you two bath towels and spread it yourself. Although the aunt may do this when we can't see it, but if you do it in front of the guests, it's hard not to remind the guests that the bath towel I use may be the one that the previous guest wiped the floor with! How do you make people feel safe to check in again?

The hotel environment and facilities are good, and the breakfast is quite rich. During the May Day holiday, I felt that some positions were a little understaffed, and some accidents happened. The front desk staff provided good service, and the manager with glasses on duty at night was very friendly and patiently helped to solve the problem, which immediately improved my impression of the hotel.
