The hotel's cloud ladder can reach the top of the mountain, which is surrounded by clouds and mist. It is beautiful. The hotel room is clean and tidy. Because we are three adults staying, toiletries, quilts and other items are delivered in time. The room has welcome fruits and milk tea, and drinks in the minibar. In particular, we received a caring card from the housekeeper Zoey every day, who booked dinner for us. When he knew that we could not catch up to watch the hotel's fireworks show, he gave us a box of fairy wands, which was so warm. The hotel has free horse feeding, rubbing of blessing characters and other projects, and there are quite a lot of projects. The hotel has a battery car pick-up, which is very convenient.

Xinchang Anlan still follows the style of Anzi Hotel, with a simple Wabi-style design, and the surrounding landscape design also integrates the beauty of mountains and rivers. This is the second Anlan I have stayed at. Xinchang Anlan is located in the mountain gorge next to the 19th peak of Chuanyan. It is the best choice for vacation and leisure. It is a treasure resort hotel that is quiet, secluded and full of freshness. This time I stayed in the Linjiangju Villa facing the Hanfei River. Before checking in, Sakura informed me of the route and precautions in advance through WeChat, and arranged personalized check-in habits thoughtfully. After staying for three days, the housekeeper Sakura was able to help provide high-quality services (food, accommodation, and transportation) at the first time. The hotel's front desk, concierge, Chinese and Western restaurants, tea room, bar, guest room... and other departments are great, and the warm, thoughtful and meticulous service experience is very good. The only small suggestion is to make the food desert no longer barren 😃😃😃

Anlan's location is absolutely first-class, with beautiful scenery and pleasant views. Because it is in the mountains, the air is also first-class. It is really comfortable to walk in the hotel with friends. The three days and two nights suddenly felt a little short, especially the housekeeper Xiaobao, who communicated in advance and arranged check-in. I am very satisfied

I took my parents from both sides to spend the New Year here. I booked a riverside one-bedroom courtyard room for each of them. The room was far from our own duplex two-bedroom. Considering that the elderly were old and it was inconvenient to take care of them at a distance, the housekeeper Helen helped to upgrade them to a river view one-bedroom room for free. It was right in front of us, a few steps away, very considerate. The hotel's hardware and software are very good, the scenery is beautiful and the people are nice, far exceeding expectations.
