第一次住這邊，感覺一切都挺滿意的，酒店給我升級套房，很大很舒服，，最重要的是，退房時間！平時有些酒店1點半打電話問你續住嗎，就已經打擾到！這邊沒有，就是過了兩點，才會電你，這點很滿意！前幾天我在城市便捷酒店，新開哪裡也很新，等我到前台拿房卡時凌晨三點，他們説12點退房，我説，你説什麼？12點退房。我不住了，後面就説給2點，什麼情況，就開始學香港廣州地段了？忻城就這麼大點，消費者有多少，酒店又有多少，説12點退房，我一概不住！

環境：剛進入的時候還是有些味道的，特別是廁所🚽，不知道是不是沒有處理乾淨。大抵上還是可以的，第一次入住，早餐也好吃！希望下次入住可以體會沒有異味的房間！而且感覺有些吵鬧！住的八樓！

第二次住這個酒店了，之前沒有裝修的時候設施比較陳舊，這次去已經全部裝修好，環境設施都很好，住得很舒服，就是現在沒有早餐送了，而且現在的早餐比之前的差蠻多，還有就是洗澡的地方居然沒有門，洗澡水流出來地上很滑，容易摔跤，希望能改進一下，總的來説還是很不錯的
