房間乾淨整潔，隔音稍差，旁邊説話都能聽到。在聚福樓二樓。想吃宵夜，過紅綠燈到對面有一些店鋪。淡季一百塊的房間，送了兩份早餐，還要什麼自行車？！有白粥、炒粉、雞蛋、糕點，能吃飽。白粥煮得又香又綿，配的蘿蔔乾好吃。

設施齊，房間寬敞衞生，隔暗好，前台服務熱情，停車場大，車位多，停車方便，這是一次很滿意的住宿體檢，下次會再來，值得推薦！

整體服務環境都還可以的，衞生也好，就是隔音不那麼好，而且遇上了凌晨在走廊上大聲説話大聲笑鬧的，一晚上沒睡好，我覺得可以出點温馨提示在房間和走廊，併入住時告知一下不要在走廊大聲説話吵鬧就更好了。

説早餐七點半開始，去早餐區一個人都沒有。賓館的設施酒店的價格，衞生和環境都一般，服務很差勁，靠路邊晚上很吵！

計劃預訂5月1號入住，但當時開車在休息區手滑定在5月2號，到前台以後，前台還是比較熱情，更換為5月1號。內部環境還是可以👍🏻
