前台及客房工作人員服務熱情，態度好。客房打掃的乾淨衞生，無異味。衞生間乾濕分離。24小時熱水好。空調好。有電梯。有自己的地下停車場（免費）。周圍環境安靜。吃飯方便。賓館旁邊有一大超市。出行方便。

那個空調製熱效果一點都不好，感覺看着都很舊，然後呢入住都是沒有水的，然後跟前台講了，前台也是沒有給補。後前台還反問我一句，為什麼沒有水？好像我把他的水喝了不是一樣。廁所是沒有乾濕分離的，然後那個廁所的玻璃它也是沒有做那種隔離，沒有貼那種的，在外面都可以看的一清二楚。

愛特萊國際大酒店前台工作人員板起一張臉非常嚴肅面對客人沒有什麼笑臉。標準單人房間裏面燈帶燈光是明亮的，但是閲讀燈，鏡頭燈這些燈光按動牆面上智能控制面板始終沒有亮出故障了。洗手間裏面馬桶和噴頭沒有做乾濕分離，噴頭噴出來的水會淋濕馬桶蓋。第三個缺點就是沒有自助洗衣房，五一勞動節假期來興安縣城旅遊的遊客人流量非常大，有些客人來到愛特萊國際大酒店是要長期居住的，沒有洗衣機的話就不方便清洗衣服褲子，身上一直是臭烘烘的。我希望愛特萊國際大酒店未來能夠設立自助洗衣房，方便客人清潔服裝衣物。

1. 前台服務態度很差；2. 床單和地上都有頭髮，牀頭櫃裏還有喝過的礦泉水瓶，衞生極差；3. 5樓兩個電梯，一個停用，一個衹能按上不能按下；4. 隔音差，搞衞生的阿姨晚上11點還在走廊大聲説話

住的套房兩張1.8m床，可能這個房型住的人少，衹能説衞生情況比想象的更糟糕，桌面一層灰，茶几還殘留油漬，地毯灰塵瓜子皮一地，吹風機已經被燒得變形…房價在小縣城也不算便宜，近四百。房間兩瓶水喝沒了，因為當時不方便出去買，所以向前台再要一瓶，結果前台態度非常冷淡地説，房間配備兩瓶水的，喝完就沒有的！儘管水還是市面上一元一瓶的那種，衹能説管理真的是有問題，最差的一次住宿體驗沒有之一。

説到第二天了，第二天前台説空調搞好了，但是其實差別不大，還是冷，我就給前台打電話，多要了一床被子，算勉強度過，但是酒店設施雖然一般，但是服務人員態度非常贊，還有早餐，還是比較不錯的

房間有股異味，換了一間好點，衞生真的沒做，床底還有上一位的紙牌，服務可以，唯一的滿分吧，門口停車收費，衹能説和房價匹配
