環境整體不錯，設施齊全，早餐廳裏的座位很舒服，軟軟的，看得出來很注重用户體驗，服務員響應很快，確實不錯設施齊全，住着挺舒服的，房間大小剛好，隔音效果還不錯，服務員會主動打招呼，非常貼心，為服務好評門口就有停車位非常方便，而且從進門開始就感覺到舒適，環境分給到5分！

特地找的貴的酒店，結果入住後發現床單被罩上有黴和膠點，由於入住的太晚太累了就沒有再找服務員換，第二天反映，那個前台真的搞笑，拍了照片説核實，不要我們等反饋，也沒有解決方法，也沒有道歉，讓我們走，真的離譜，服務人員素質真的要提高，直到現在也沒看到酒店方有反饋，真的離譜，不知道怎麼做的服務人員培訓，真的差，拉黑了，不建議大家來，而且晚上辦入住的時候，看到也有別的房間的人找經理説房間住不了，沒想到自己房間也這樣，可見這邊衞生真的不行
