This is a pretty good hotel. The room was pretty clean. The bed sheets were very clean, which is more important. The bed was somewhat firm. The front desk staff were helpful and the check in procedure was quick.

從辦理入住就很無語，3個人一起上班站一起用本地方言聊天和交流有説有笑的，完全可以説是無視客人的存在，卻辦不明白一個入住，一個所謂的前台主管用攜程後台查預訂半天找不到訂單，對業務不熟悉整個入住辦了半個多小時，辦完入住了酒店有2棟樓但是並沒有告知是哪一棟走錯地方返回大堂問了應該是宴會廳的同事才知道是後面另外一棟叫貴賓樓的樓，方便不配有礦泉水叫送還半天不送，毛巾還是破不堪言，衣櫃也是壞的衞生也是極差的……

沒見過這麼摳門的酒店了，方方面面顯示出“節約”，服務更是“節約”！電梯裏展示內蒙古還有幾家店，不知道別家是不是也是這種品質

交通便利，尤其早餐很豐富，有地方特色的美食，環境也不錯，早餐有羊雜，焙子等，值得推薦

酒店的硬件設施還不錯，早餐也符合這個價位，前台的服務員太不像話了，辦理入住時愛搭不理的，兩個人聊天根本就沒有理你，給個房卡去開門結果是有人住的，幸虧屋裡人沒有介意。

酒店大堂華麗，遺憾的是我們分到了後樓房間，雖然後樓叫做貴賓樓，實際上是一進大堂黑黢黢一片既沒有工作人員也沒有開燈，我們叫了幾遍服務員也無人應聲，衹好臊眉搭眼的摸黑上樓，摸黑進了房間，房間內的床品之差不敢恭維床頭掉皮，枕頭有味發黑，傢俱陳舊……唯一的優點就是🚿花灑不錯。希望能與酒店的名字相符才好。

房間裏傢俱的味道很重，看了看，也沒有新傢俱，也不是新裝修，就是味道重！馬桶沖水按鍵也不好使，洗澡水一會涼一會熱，這是四星級酒店？出行一天，累了，懶得找服務員換房了，將就了一晚。
