房間面積較大，寬敞明亮，衞生很好。尤其是前台的服務員，熱情大方，在我們辦理入住的同時就提供到兩杯熱茶。賓館的Wi-Fi很好，幾乎都是無縫銜接。健身房也不錯，24小時可用。一次很好的入住體驗。

我覺不是第一次住麗楓酒店，但是第一次有點不舒服。我訂了兩個商務間，酒店前台服務可以，沒的説，幫助安排房間挨着，很貼心，幫助辦理入住做引導，進入房間。進入房間，設施中規中矩，但是衞生間地板有頭髮，就在馬桶旁邊，馬桶打掃的不乾淨，水垢黃色一圈，我覺得這個用潔廁靈很容易就弄乾凈吧，再説説最讓人無語的早飯，八點十分出頭，我們去吃飯，竟然啥都沒了，炒菜衹剩一點點殘羹渣渣，且分析衹有藕片和雞蛋炒葱還是啥，涼菜都是鹹菜，飲料一看就是色素水，真沒啥吃的，總不能主食幹噎加粥吧，跟服務員反應才説正在炒菜，後來中途吃差不多了才上來倆炒菜，我覺得你五一漲價我也接受，但是起碼吃飯得有個基本連鎖酒店要求吧。平時出差總住華住旗下，比如全季，早餐炒菜葷素搭配，涼菜，水果沙拉蔬菜沙拉，米線麪條餛飩，麪包片，煎蛋和烤腸，主食若干，飲品多樣且看起來好很多。還是多提升服務內核吧，硬件還是需要有個基本標準。

衞生：挺乾淨的，床單被罩和質量都很不錯

房間還是比較大的 服務員都挺好尤其六層服務員呼喚就到。
兩個問題1洗澡水壓不夠大和家庭的差不多 酒店應該把水壓調大一點。2早餐太一般啦品種少也可以接受但是沒有水果和咖啡就太對付啦！我看有設備就是放在枱子下面沒給客人用。
建議在停車場按照充電樁又能方便客人又能增收！

乾淨，非常的乾淨，服務非常熱情，不管是前台還是客房，認真負責，但是我覺得他家最大的亮點是枕頭，每個床都有安排2個枕頭，一個偏軟一個偏硬，偏硬的那個枕頭真的超舒服，退房的時候差點買走一個，他家的香薰也非常的有特色，我的朋友退房的時候買了一瓶，很滿意

房間一如既往的好，乾淨整潔，大床床墊很舒服，房間寬敞，感覺位置稍微有點兒偏，山景房，雖然在路邊，但隔音效果非常的好，做了兩層的玻璃，去了九龍潭
