嚴重差評，樓下KTV唱到深夜，十分嘈，最過分的是明明知道第二天清早酒店電路檢查， 需要停電，沒有告知，黑燈瞎火的，水也煮不了，電吹風用不了，外賣也上不來，當即想走了，走的時候還得手提行李從高層走樓梯下去……去到前台退房，態度還不好，真的是無語至極

住過好幾次了，但這次住的9樓體驗是真差，一宿沒睡，不知是旁邊房間還是樓下房間打麻將打通宵到早上六點，很大聲叫喚和大笑，隔音是真差。有麻將房的能不能隔音做好一點，以後都不敢來住了

整體為什麼會給5分呢？首先房間(全)自動智能化⋯⋯！可以用聲控包括窗簾開關！浴室座廁自動化！乾淨衛生！酒店同時亦設有KTV包房⋯⋯，以這個價錢簡直係物超所值⋯⋯！出門對面就是市中心文化廣場及政府會展中
