The sanitation is very poor. There is garbage under the bed and it is not cleaned. The villa room I booked is not hygienic at all. The bathroom is worse than an ordinary hotel. There is no floor mat. It feels like a public bathroom. The very ordinary swimsuit in the hotel costs more than 400 yuan. The dining facilities are not up to par. There are only vending machines. The restaurant only opens for takeout when it arrives at the store. It is too remote to deliver. The children have to drive out of town when they are hungry. The overall experience is very bad. I will not go there again.

The hotel is clean and hygienic. There are attractions all around. Xiao Zhou at the front desk is warm and thoughtful.

Except for the front desk, the attitude of other employees is too bad. The front desk said that you can take a hot spring bath with a room card, and said that you must report the room number, and kept telling another employee to count one by one and only those with wristbands can enter. We all went in, and they blamed another employee for letting us in. That person refuted her and said that we all had wristbands. The self-catering employees are also uneducated. I took away my leftover eggs and yogurt based on the principle of not wasting, but they told me that I couldn’t take them away and had to finish them in the restaurant. It was really a bad experience. I dare not even think about going there again.

The check-in experience was very bad. Our group arrived at the hotel at around 7pm. After checking in, a young man took us to the room. The light in the room could not be turned on. We returned to the front desk to ask if we could change rooms. As a result, we could not change rooms. We could only find someone to check it out. An employee came to fix it. The room smelled of formaldehyde and was not ventilated. I did not sleep well all night. There were small insects in the bathroom. The next day, I went to have breakfast. The elderly at home took the two-year-old baby to eat first. As soon as I entered, the baby wanted to find his mother, so I took the baby to the room. When I went to have breakfast, the little sister at the door said that I couldn’t go in to eat. I explained to her for a long time that I was not allowed to go in, and asked why I didn’t tell the little sister inside. I just want to know, I booked two villas for 7 adults, and there was breakfast for eight people, why can’t I go to eat. I was originally planning to play nearby, but after breakfast, we left. The experience was too bad.
