我們先是定訂的那個普通的大床房，然後進去掀開被子一看，有一塊不乾淨，然後就打電話處理，就問我們是看換一套被罩，還是換房間，我説如果有好房間的話，就換個房間，不等着換被罩了，然後換到了幕布影音房，還給説著不好意思，給升個房間，到房間電視不給看，鎖着呢，説要是想看電視就給原來那房間退了，在**上再訂一間這個，這明明是給我賠不是呢，給我們升成這個房間呢，現在又讓我想看電視的話自己重新訂這個房間，給原來那間退了，然後我又選擇讓酒店給原來那間被罩換了再下去，我跟我女朋友先後脱穿衣服兩三次，來回的樓上樓下換房間，算是一點兒補償也沒有給，然後房間空調還不頂用，開了一晚上，一點兒也不涼快，給我倆睡了一身汗
