It is rated as 5 star property and they do not have room service. B.fast was very cold. No Ice cube in the Hotel .
Location is so bad that you do not get any Normal Taxi you have to call the private taxi like DIDI
Bath room shower was not working if you open the tab both the hand and the top shower run together.
All towels are kept in Plastic bags seems to us weather to use or not if used hope they do not charge.

The only hotel to stay at when in the city. About 25 minute drive from the train station. Restaurants, bakery and retail are three minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel's facilities, services are first-class, the lobby manager and customer service to very enthusiastic, patient, make people feel like home warm. Whenever we go to Xingtai in the future, we will definitely stay here. Thanks to all the staff!

We had a few misunderstandings with the reception staff, since no one spoke English properly and we couldn’t speak Chinese, still they mixed up a few things. They made processes, such as a later check in than expected and paying, more difficult than they should have been.
However, the room was nice and clean, looked like in the pictures. The food from the room service was already cold, apart from that alright. Breakfast was really good and the staff there was super friendly and helpful. Laundry service was worth the price, as it was really good as well.

I was here for a week and the staff is very helpful. Lily at the front desk is super sweet and helped me find what I needed. This hotel smells really nice and they give you plenty of water! 👍👍👍
