早上出去遊玩，想和前台説下我們下午不住了，可是等了半天前台沒人，於是留了賓館的電話，有事聯繫，我們下午1點打電話聯繫不上，打了好幾次，回來3點了，被告知補交40塊錢，問前台一直給她打電話為什麼聯繫不上，説換人了，所以電話換了，我就想問，哪個酒店不留24小時電話，方便客人找，誰知道他們留的電話就不是24小時電話，最後還説讓我給她們個好評，哪裡來的好評，都吵了一架，心情極為不美麗。
