酒店服務周到，員工熱情友好，加送了一份早餐。
房間視野很好，窗邊就能看到山景。
離萬峯林景區很近，打車不到半個小時，非常方便，離後備箱集市，帳篷集市很近。
入住體驗非常愉快，下次還會選擇這家酒店。

在我多年出行入住的酒店歷史上從來沒有這麼差的環境（性價比極低），房門鎖損壞換反覆溝通房後無論是基礎設施和其他設備嚴重老化，洗澡間直接堵塞無法排水，沙發地毯污漬覆蓋。夜間接待的服務員態度差。建議大家避坑！慎選！

前台小姐姐特別熱情這家酒店的性價比太高了，價格實惠，房間設施和服務卻一點都不含糊，比我之前住過的同價位酒店好多了，下次來興義還會選擇這裏 酒店周邊的環境也很不錯，周圍有很多小吃店和便利店，買東西、吃東西都很方便，晚上出去散步也很安全。衞生間乾濕分離做得很好，洗澡的時候水不會濺到外面，而且淋浴噴頭的出水很均勻，水温也很穩定，洗得特別舒服。

非常失望的一次住宿，定的行政套房，設施老的不行，房間煙味挺重，進屋發現wifi和電視都不能聯網，服務員撥弄了很久都找不出原因，無奈衹能第二天找工程部來修，結果我們發現是網線鬆了，自己搞好的。然後浴室的設計也是一塌糊塗，我們洗澡很注意的，儘量不讓水濺到外面，洗完發現外面還是不得了的水。浴室兩扇門和廁所會打架，導致進出衹能開一扇門，側身進入。早餐也很單一，咖啡果汁奶茶的機器出的飲品都貨不對板。

這是我們定的大床房，也是一言難盡。
1.衞生間馬桶發黃（看着極其噁心），一個一次性馬桶圈就像掩蓋真相（根本無法直視）；
2.沙發臟到不敢細想，根本無法坐下去；
3.吹風機是20年前的電熱絲也就算了，它還按不動，幫孩子吹兩分鐘，手指都要按斷了；
4.窗簾非常破舊，上面還聽着一衹鮮活的蚊子；
5.裝修過時，設施老舊，放毛巾的架子晃晃蕩盪，一碰毛巾就掉地上；
6.洗澡間無法下腳，心理建設半天進去，結果半天沒有熱水，好不容易有熱水了，一會是涼水，我……

總體較滿意，房間挺大，設計風格比較復古。服務員很為顧客着想，幫忙升級了比較安靜的不再空調外機上的房型。酒店所處位置，周圍商場比較凋零，有一種蒼涼感。房間細節還可以進一步提高，比如窗外的碎石等，清理掉會讓人感覺更舒服。
晚安牛奶應是一個加分項，衹是牛奶品牌沒聽説過，沒敢喝。
