They helped us get to a nice western restaurant (“one day one night”) and organize a driver back to Panzhou. The pool is perfect, specially if traveling with kids (you don’t get the rice field views, but its good value for money (although all accommodations in the village are pricey). We enjoyed every single minute of our stay and would definitely recommend!
