大堂的小姐姐是很好的，酒店環境也是很好的。唯一很不爽的點是打掃的阿姨，真的讓人很生氣，我們訂的是四個小時鐘點房，我們一點一十多進的房間，三點四十多就在門外面很大聲也很不耐煩的説，“你們到時間了，我還以為你們續訂了，”在我們明確跟他説了，我們訂的是四個小時的時候，她不聽，很不耐煩説衹有三個小時的，沒有四個小時的，我説我們就是四個小時的，他很大聲且的説那你們去打酒店前台電話，裏面不是有電話嗎，你們去打。我試問，就算按那位阿姨説的3個小時，我們一點一十二分進來的，按道理也是四點12分才能敲客人的房門禮貌的問要不要在續房吧，而不是離退房還有半個小時就在外面叫嚷，更何況我們訂的是四個小時的房間。可想而知有多生氣。其實，跟大廳確認我是四個小時還是三個小時的不應該是你的工作嗎？為什麼語氣死不好的要我一個沒錯的消費者去打電話給你問？我們上面明確的四個小時，真的很搞笑，就算酒店很好，也會因為這個阿姨不會再去了-_-||連自己酒店有幾個小時的房間都不知道
