Location is near to railway station and grand mosque The staff is friendly Rooms are clean and tidy Facilities are reasonable However I suggest the management to serve it will be more good if the breakfast will be served with Halal food. Being a Muslim majority city, it will be great advantage.

Amazing hotel with superb facilities. Best breakfast buffet we had anywhere in China. We used the pool, sauna, steam, gym, ping pong, and billiards facilities, and got nails done at the salon. Everything was great, and the staff was always super friendly. Likewise in the ******* cultural goods shop and at the concierge desk. All around excellent stay.

From the outside, it looks like an ordinary star hotel. When I checked in at the counter and saw the Wangzai doll logo, I suddenly realized that it was a hotel under a food brand group. In addition to the high-ceiling counter lobby, business room type and large bathtub in the bathroom of traditional star hotels, the decoration inside and outside the room is very characteristic of the group. The room is comfortable and there are free snacks and air sterilizers of the group brand inside. The location is about 30 minutes by bus from the high-speed rail station. Next to it is the busy pedestrian street, food street and bus station. There is an airport bus stop 20 minutes away on foot, and life and transportation are very convenient

This is a very nice hotel. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, and it is clean, allowing me to have a good sleep. The front desk clerk Shirley's service is very good, thumbs up 👍, it makes you feel warm. The various leisure and fitness facilities in the hotel made me feel more relaxed.

We were impressed by the front desk staff n grateful for Celine the manager. She helped us to get transport to go to Qinghai lake. She was able to speak English and make communication easier for us. We had a wonderful and memorable time in Xining. We hope to come back again.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of two male front desk staff members I encountered during my recent stay at this hotel. I approached the front desk to inquire about to extend my stay. The two staff members I interacted with were both rude and dismissive, speaking to me without making eye contact and answering in a very loud voice. Their behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I understand that front desk staff members are often busy, but there is no excuse for treating guests with disrespect. I would appreciate it if you would address this matter with the staff members in question and ensure that all your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service. I hope that my experience will be addressed and that future guests will not encounter the same issues.

Good locale. Service staff excellent! Breakfast spread worth the value. Hotel changes their menu and not repeat all the same items. However they should look into the coffee bean maker as it was really slow to churn out a good cup of coffee! Could be that the piping needs to be checked or even cleaned out!? Overall, it was a good experience. Hallway to the rooms lighting uses sensor, which perhaps need to be adjusted, as it requires heavy stomping of the feet to light up. Thanks!

Because I placed the order too quickly, I forgot to order breakfast. Chen helped me find a way and sent me a breakfast. It is almost the peak season now, and the hotel is also taking over group tours; but I think their service attitude is very good and impartial, whether it is for individual travelers or groups, which is very good. No matter if there are guests who need to ask questions, they don't look impatient at all. This is really [strong][strong][strong], I will stay there again next time I have the chance.

There is also a freshly ground coffee machine in the lobby, which is free to drink. The guest rooms are also very clean, and there are many varieties of breakfast. During the May Day holiday, in order to take care of foreign tourists, breakfast also added Qinghai's special fermented skin, sweet mash and dog urine. I will choose here next time I come to Xining!
