Qaidam International Hotel

I went on a trip during the National Day and saw that this newly opened hotel is good and the hotel service is very efficient. Although some unpleasantness happened during my stay, the guest service manager Li Yuxue handled it in a timely manner and the service attitude was very good. I am very satisfied. You can forget all these things, breakfast has many flavors, good quality and many choices. Very satisfied with the hotel.

The staff service at the concierge department was remarkable. There was a concierge guy who was very interesting. When I asked for his name, he humorously told me that his name was Li Bin from the concierge department. This impressed me deeply. The guy's service was excellent and he didn't mind our luggage. They were many and heavy, and we enthusiastically delivered our luggage to the car, which was very convenient for our travels.

After checking in at about ten o'clock on October 1st, I entered the hotel room and immediately felt a heat wave. I looked at the hotel's central air conditioning control panel and it was 29 degrees. I turned on the air conditioner and set the temperature to 21 degrees. After 12 o'clock, the indoor temperature still did not drop. I called the front desk. The customer service replied that the hotel now has unified heating and cannot turn on the air conditioner. I asked him to sleep with the window open to cool down the hotel. It all depends on opening the windows. At night, the room faces the main road and I have to endure the noise. The temperature in Xining in early October was about 5-10 degrees at night, and the constant temperature in the room was turned on at 29 degrees. It seemed very cozy, but in fact it was too hot to sleep at all. The customer service also adheres to the attitude of not solving the problem. I slept for less than three hours that night. I fell asleep in a trance from 1:30 a.m. to woke up at about 4 a.m., sweating all over. I later communicated with Ctrip. Ctrip was very sincere and worked hard to communicate with the hotel and coordinate compensation, but The hotel, as always, made no statement or apology. It is really a weird hotel.

前台接待熱情專業，入住手續高效。房間整潔舒適，設施齊全且維護良好。床品乾淨柔軟，隔音效果不錯。早餐種類豐富，中西式搭配合理。酒店位置便利，周邊配套完善。整體入住體驗超出預期，性價比高，值得推薦！
