The front desk lady is very beautiful and has good service. You can upgrade the room type for free. There are also many snacks at the front desk that are free. The hotel also provides children's toothbrushes and slippers for free, which is very considerate. The free earplugs and hand cream are also provided. The service is really good. There is also a freshly ground coffee machine in the lobby, which is free to drink. The guest rooms are also very clean, and there are many varieties of breakfast. During the May Day holiday, in order to take care of foreign tourists, breakfast also added Qinghai's special fermented skin, sweet mash and dog urine. I will choose here next time I come to Xining!

This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel, the service attitude is really good! At 7 or 8 o'clock in the evening, I wanted to print some data because of work. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic to help me print it and sent it to the room. The West Bank hotel that was originally booked across the street was temporarily changed because of road construction. There is no air conditioning in the room, and it will feel a little hot during the day, but there is an air conditioner that can humidify, and some cold air can still be relieved. The room is large, very comfortable and the bathroom is large! There are many TVs to see, and we saw the Olympics on TV on the first night of so many days.

No issues. We booked a non-smoking room but got a smoking one which is par for the course here. The smoke penetrates everywhere anyway. Comfy bed, good shower, good air con, no noise issues. The staff try to be helpful. Location fine. Next to moija st for food and the night market is a 5 minute walk. 20 minute walk to the mosque. Centrally located in a high rise building but busy. The room is small and breakfast is served with a budget hotel. Food is basic and and seats are crowded. What troubled me is my prepaid online advanced booking for a business room. When checked in at 9pm, front desk could not find my booking and took 20 minutes to find out the back office had made a mistake. My prepaid business room was occupied by another guest and I was given a standard room without any compensation. As it's late in the evening, I have no choice but accepted it. The hotel owed me an explanation

The room is OK, but the facilities are a bit old and the cleaning is not so thorough. Suddenly I found that there was a piece of paper that someone had used to wipe their nosebleed under the bedside table where the shoe-polishing cloth was placed. It probably hasn't been cleaned yet.

I made a guide before traveling. It took me the longest to filter hotels in Xining. First of all, the location is good. It is adjacent to the train station. There are good restaurants and shopping malls within a ten-minute walk. However, the lobby on the first floor is a bit noisy. The room space is comfortable and the bathroom should be bigger. Even better!

There were a lot of people during the National Day holiday. When we arrived, some rooms were not yet vacant. The guy at the front desk helped to upgrade the room for free and gave us local specialty yogurt, which was great. The overall environment and service were much better than some similar hotels around, and it was very quiet to sleep.
