Amazing hotel with superb facilities. Best breakfast buffet we had anywhere in China. We used the pool, sauna, steam, gym, ping pong, and billiards facilities, and got nails done at the salon. Everything was great, and the staff was always super friendly. Likewise in the ******* cultural goods shop and at the concierge desk. All around excellent stay.

From the outside, it looks like an ordinary star hotel. When I checked in at the counter and saw the Wangzai doll logo, I suddenly realized that it was a hotel under a food brand group. This is a very nice hotel. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, and it is clean, allowing me to have a good sleep. I am writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of two male front desk staff members I encountered during my recent stay at this hotel. I approached the front desk to inquire about to extend my stay. The two staff members I interacted with were both rude and dismissive, speaking to me without making eye contact and answering in a very loud voice. Their behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I understand that front desk staff members are often busy, but there is no excuse for treating guests with disrespect. I would appreciate it if you would address this matter with the staff members in question and ensure that all your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service. I hope that my experience will be addressed and that future guests will not encounter the same issues.

I stayed here for night, having left the higher rated Wanda hotel due to a lack of AC and being unable to sleep all night. The room and bathroom exceeded my expectations for 4 stars and were very close to 5 star standard IMO. The staff allowed me to check the room(and most importantly, AC) before booking, which I appreciated. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if returning to Xining.

The hotel is very good and worthy of being under the Blue Ocean Group. Every service staff is very polite, especially Chen at the front desk. Because I placed the order too quickly, I forgot to order breakfast. Chen helped me find a way and sent me a breakfast. It is almost the peak season now, and the hotel is also taking over group tours; but I think their service attitude is very good and impartial, whether it is for individual travelers or groups, which is very good. No matter if there are guests who need to ask questions, they don't look impatient at all. This is really [strong][strong][strong], I will stay there again next time I have the chance.
