Xining Hotels with Pools

Amazing hotel with superb facilities. Best breakfast buffet we had anywhere in China. We used the pool, sauna, steam, gym, ping pong, and billiards facilities, and got nails done at the salon. Everything was great, and the staff was always super friendly. Likewise in the ******* cultural goods shop and at the concierge desk. All around excellent stay.

I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

There is an underground parking lot for convenient parking, the room is clean, the surrounding environment is good, it deserves to be the best in Xining, the breakfast is very average, the service staff has a weak sense of service, they did not take the initiative to open the door when getting off the car, help with the luggage, the front desk did not smile, and the housekeeper was like a non-existent.

Very satisfied 👍 The location is very good, opposite the central square, the night view is beautiful! Facilities: Very user-friendly, the toilet is smart and flush! The night light is voice controlled! The TV is big and very clear! Not bad👍 Environment: Very good, clean, and convenient transportation. There are Dalian seafood and Western restaurants in the dining hall. There is a buffet in the morning with many categories and good taste! Stayed for two nights! The service is okay. Two pieces of fruit are welcome, which is quite expensive. The guest room's attitude is not good, but after telling the front desk, the front desk told the guest room that another one was given as a gift!

The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

The room was booked on the 11th floor, which was really comfortable. The hotel was like a different world from the outside world. The heating was really good. A fruit plate was also given. The waitress sent it to the door of the room. The hotel is in a good location with beautiful surroundings. Parking is convenient. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk service is very good, especially the front desk staff Xiao Guo and Xiao Guan. The service is warm and gives people a warm feeling! Everyone is very polite and smiling. Anyway, it is bigger than the 400-a-night homestay in a small county next to Beijing. There is breakfast, and the staff are polite. It is not like a pigeon cage, and it is especially like a star hotel. It is high-end and upscale. I recommend staying here! By the way, the mineral water in the hotel is also delicious~

The newly opened hotel, the facilities are very new, the bath water pressure in the room is super sufficient. The decoration style of the restaurant on the 2nd floor is also very good, the breakfast is also very rich, looking forward to the next stay. Hygiene: good Facilities: very new, very good
