The room was ok, booked 2 standard rooms and 1 3-person room, the price was not too expensive during this summer vacation. The sanitary conditions are not bad, the transportation is convenient, and there are many places to eat around. Parking is to turn to the hotel parking lot after entering the community. What I want to thank is that my daughter left a bag in the restaurant after breakfast. After contacting the hotel front desk, I don’t know who the hotel front desk answered the phone. I recently stayed at Xining Hot Spring Holiday Hotel and I was very satisfied with my stay. I especially want to write a good review for this hotel. First of all, the hotel's front desk staff was very considerate and gave me a free room upgrade and breakfast. Throughout our stay, the staff maintained a smiling and friendly attitude, always attentive to every guest's needs, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant. Secondly, the hotel's facilities are very complete. The bed in the room was comfortable and soft, giving me a good night's sleep. The shower in the bathroom has strong water flow, making bathing more comfortable. The hotel also provides high-speed and stable wireless network, allowing me to stay in touch with friends and family anytime and anywhere. The hotel's food and beverages are of excellent quality. Breakfast provides a variety of choices, whether it is Chinese or Western dishes, to meet the taste needs of different guests. All in all, it is a hotel worth recommending.

Hotel location is very convenient. Surrounded by business districts, eating, shopping, specialty purchases are available, two or three minutes walk. Close to the expressway, 25 minutes to the Ta'er Temple, 30 minutes from the airport, 17 minutes from the train station. Breakfast is also very rich, Western European decoration style.

環境特別好，比較夢幻，孩子特別喜歡。早餐也非常豐富。提一下建議，在我們因孩子小傷口有些感染撥打總枱電話詢問是否有碘伏時，前台人員衹是告訴我們沒有，附近沒有葯店，衹有一個小診所還估計關門了。由於是晚上，酒店位置比較偏，外賣也送不了。其實挺無助的。雖然幫不上忙，但是顧客需要葯品，酒店客服是否能詢問一下發生了什麼事情，需不需要幫助，這應該是人性化服務的標準。這點體會不好，小小的遺憾。

I booked two standard room types, the hotel is clean and tidy, or carpet room, the windows are large, the bathroom is clean and tidy, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, comb, hair dryer, the only thing that is not there is a small soap for washing hands, because we are going to Xining Tongmeng Paradise the next day to play, So this hotel is very close, the hotel room is not air-conditioned, this season the weather is not very cold at night, and it is not far from the place to eat, most of the meals are in their Xingye Street, hot pot buffet, barbecue, and Michelle Ice City, depending on personal choice, The boss’s attitude is also very good, check-in is also very fast, the only regret is that I forgot to take pictures, the daily itinerary is too full, I go back to the hotel and sleep, too tired 😄😄

VVSTExcellent stay and highly recommended. It's about 20 mins walk from Xining Railway station. Located along Qiyi七一路 street. Opposite the hotel are nice food shops. Take a short walk to the busy street behind the hotel which takes about 15 minutes. You may walk towards your left side as you come out from the hotel main door. Turn left again and walk 250m until you reach the traffic light, turn left and walk up the hill until you come to the main busy area. The Dongguan Grand Muslim Mosque is located some where around this area, too. The local people are very friendly and willing to show you the directions.
ChaoMan hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable. We stayed here for two nights. The breakfast provided has a wide range of fried vegetables, fried rice, Chinese buns and pastries.
The most welcoming staff made our stay so memorable. Kudos to all of you and I've included their picture in this post. They helped us with our travels to popular sightseeing places and most of all, they got us a reasonable price for transfer to the airport at 65 yuan.

GGuest UserHotel service was excellent - allowed for late check out after hearing that our train timing was late, and brought a portable heater up to our room due to the cold weather. When we asked for the nearest pharmacy to procure portable oxygen, they also offered one on their end.
Room was clean and spacious, and toilet had heated toilet bowl and nice toiletries. Proximity was very near train station as well. Nice lobby with recreational area.

Tthe_wanderlust_jellyWas told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance.
However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated.
Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea.
Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

Facilities are reasonable
However I suggest the management to serve it will be more good if the breakfast will be served with Halal food. Being a Muslim majority city, it will be great advantage.

In addition to the high-ceiling counter lobby, business room type and large bathtub in the bathroom of traditional star hotels, the decoration inside and outside the room is very characteristic of the group. The room is comfortable and there are free snacks and air sterilizers of the group brand inside. The location is about 30 minutes by bus from the high-speed rail station. Next to it is the busy pedestrian street, food street and bus station. There is an airport bus stop 20 minutes away on foot, and life and transportation are very convenient
