I am foreign traveller stayed in this hotel. The hotel is very neat and clean, the service is very good, they helped me in all the ways, helped in receiving my couriers and guiding me in all the ways. The front office staff guided me very politely, especially the staff named Zhao Xue helped me very good and in my language problems. Very nice place to stay

This hotel isn't maintained properly. It was great a few years ago, but it's not the case anymore. The carpets in the rooms are filthy, and rooms smell like cigarette.
The restaurant is still good though.

The rooms are spacious, bright and odorless. The bathroom facilities are a bit old and not modern enough, but the price/performance ratio is high.

This is a standard five-star hotel. It's my first time staying here and it feels pretty good. The room is clean and tidy. Although it is a little small, it is fully equipped. Close to the International Leather City and Wanda Plaza.

The overall environment of the hotel is pretty good, but a hotel with a bathtub only has 2 disposable bath bags. I can't believe it. There is nothing sold in the surrounding supermarkets. When I asked the front desk, they were told that there is a bathing center next to it. If necessary, I can buy it myself. I feel that the service awareness needs to be improved.
