早餐寫的8點到9點，入住的時候説天冷早餐8.30再起來吃。我們8:30起來吃早餐，衹有包子，炸饃片，雞蛋和小米粥，包子衹有6個，我們三口人，第一次拿了三個，沒有吃飽。拿第二次的時候做早餐的大姐就説一共才6個包子你都拿完了，我説這不是自助早餐嗎？炒菜也沒有，包子還定量嗎？那你讓我吃啥？三口人一人倆包子過分嗎？那個大姐還喋喋不休。我真的無了個大語，不知道怎麼形容自己的心情，後來廚師來了炒了個白菜豆腐，我也不敢多吃了。如果不想做早餐服務可以寫清楚，我會換家酒店。而不是入住之後又這樣。

和朋友一家一起去的，給朋友的房間卡打開門桌子廁所都是垃圾還沒收拾。我們的房間廁所還有尿液沒有清理，我去找前台時，晚上10點竟然沒有人了，找不到任何人。洗浴水龍頭粘糊糊的好像就沒人打掃過。是不是每次換顧客都衹是換個被套？？？

沒有電梯。樓不高，但是一開始沒熱水，找了後有了，也很小水流，洗澡非常不爽。馬桶的上水還壞了。除這些不開心，其他都好。房間比較新，設施也全。自己的酒店廚師很棒，吃了兩頓都很滿意。周邊景色很美，清幽，大有世外桃源。

整體還是值得推薦的，更偏向於一個比較温馨的民宿。酒店的有些設施一般（衞生間）。但是雙床房必須好評，兩張1.5米的大床，可以拼到一塊秒變3米大床，睡兩大兩小完全沒有問題。床墊偏軟。
衞生整體還是可以，餐廳很大。
餐飲是一個特色，價格不貴，味道也挺好。
交通便利，酒店位置就在山生有杏酒店旁邊。到雲上牧場開車大概七八分鐘。

院裏的整體環境還可以，房間裏的設施陳舊，衞生間也不乾淨，應該是裝修了挺長時間的，將就住了一晚上，連澡都沒洗，不推薦入住。
