第一天住的時候沒感覺第二天一早外出下午回來的時候打開房間奇臭無比。被薰出房間。後面保潔阿姨用消毒水全撒了一遍才感覺好點。另外睡過後身上很癢。有兒處還有紅點。有的地方皮膚撓出血來。

我瞭解做生意要和氣生財，這樣才能客源不斷進，財源滾滾來。但是這個酒店有些與眾不同的特點，讓我不知道如何給好評，說明如下：
1. 前台(後來聽說是經理)不給客人好臉色，客人辦理入住時只顧著接電話打電話，同時不耐煩入住客人提問。
2. 入住後發現沒有一次性拖鞋，無法用電話撥給前台(再说明原因)，親自到前台問，前台(也就是經理)說是政府不准使用一次性拖鞋，我們說今年住過幾十個酒店，這是第一個不提供一次性拖鞋的酒店，經理馬上改口說是新寧當地不准用一次性拖鞋。結果住別家酒店的同行友人從他住的酒店送來了幾雙拖鞋。顯然新寧的酒店能提供一次性拖些，與小百花的經理說的不一樣。
3. 入住後我們就開了空調，設定在自動(auto)，風速也是自動，幾個小時後覺得房間很冷，想改成制熱，溫度調高些，才發現幾個小時以來空調根本沒有啟動，但是面板顯示溫度與自動是正常的。最後問了前台(不同的人接電話)，才瞭解同層樓的房間如果有人設定制冷，有人設定制熱，會產生衝突而導致空調當機。(很天才的設計)。。。前台的人曾經責怪我不應該開制冷(因為空調一直沒有啟動，我只能利用空調不同的功能，來測試空調是否正常)，這樣會關掉其他房間的制熱。這樣推論，我的理解應該沒錯。
當然，酒店裡也有服務人員非常友善(譬如四樓的房務人員就很友善)，只是這種友善感覺很容易被前台人員奇怪態度帶來的不高興所取代。(衛生間找不到肥皂或洗手液，反映後，房務人員送來許多小肥皂，不仔細看還會誤以為是巧克力。)
