訂房時看到評論區有褒有貶，抱着試一試的心態訂了房，結果還不失望，正面印象佔上風。酒店佔地開闊，格局大氣，停車位巨多，房間寬敞，裝修精緻，傢俱充裕，床上用品舒適。早餐豐盛，選擇品種多。唯有兩個小缺憾：①房間電話線不通。②窗子不是隔音玻璃。

衞生太差 我們本來出去玩了就很晚回來 把被子掀開就看見被套上有兩根短頭髮，本來我就打算算了的然後床單上又看見幾根短頭髮。我就給前台打電話説了 她説他們換被套的下班了，我説不可能就不換吧！反正服務太度太惡劣了。後來我就説要打12315投訴他們。後來態度稍好點了來把床單給我換了 大家一定不要訂他家酒店 那麼大的酒店服務態度差不説了，衞生也太差了

早上七點半正常乘電梯到七樓步行去八樓吃早餐，門口沒有人收餐券，進入後問禮貌招呼服務員幫忙煮碗米線，因為咽炎在離飯菜將近1米處咳嗽兩聲，引來服務員不滿，用方言問候了我，攜程5星會員，一年用攜程訂超過200天住宿，第一次遭遇此種待遇，因此沒吃早飯，跟前台反映換來一句以後加強管理，差評！以後不會住了。

硬件都很好，客服服務也很好，讓我忍不住吐槽的就是早餐，實際上早餐種類還算豐盛，該有的都有，就是量太少了，每天住多少人，客服部和餐飲部門很好對接吧？入住問前台告知是早餐時間7:30—9:30，8:40去就基本沒啥可吃的了，吃米線幾個調料碗都是空的，服務員不添加沒歉意，還説早點兒來就有了，合著你們店裡住的人多大家都得早起搶早餐吃唄，不管誰早來後面總會有吃不到早餐的顧客吧？你供應到9:30，在你們提供早餐的時間範圍之內，不到9點就沒吃的是供應的量不夠，和顧客早來晚來有啥關係。

去哀牢山看日出 看完回來補覺 價格感覺很便宜房間也很乾凈 舒服 酒店服務員也很熱情禮貌下次來玩還繼續住這家酒店

在網上看該酒店評價好，入住以後發現口碑好不是虛假的。酒店設施新，設計合理，衞生，服務好。早餐豐富。停車方便，場地很大。節日期間周邊購物，吃飯都很方便。
