The reception hall of Atour Hotel is always in the style of a familiar library! Although it is not a street-facing room, it is still easy to find. The handsome guy at the front desk was quite enthusiastic and fast. He sent me to the elevator and repeatedly told me to take the Atour Hotel's dedicated elevator. The room is not too big, the layout is convenient, and it is fairly clean. The decoration smell is quite strong at the entrance. There are three induction charging pads on the table, which is very convenient. The bedding is all original cotton and linen colors, which is very textured. Pillows, Atour's pillows have never disappointed!

The location of this hotel is very good, not far from Fat Dong Lai, and the service is very attentive and enthusiastic. The waiter started to greet me warmly as soon as I entered the door. Because it was my first time to go to Fat Dong Lai and I didn’t know what to buy, so I asked the waiter if Fat Dong had any recommended products. Sure enough, after buying them, I found that all the recommended products were to my liking! Moreover, the hotel facilities are very complete. The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.
