來新鄉縣出差，心連心是首選，地理位置方便，停車場很大，房間雖然裝修老舊了大，但是乾淨整潔！家般的氛圍，熱情的前台服務人員，美味的飯菜足以彌補不足，推薦！

可能18號前台服務員對酒店不滿！我已經住房，刷卡時問退房了吧！真不明白！如果不是付款就不住了。還用白眼看我，不知道我們做錯了什麼！可能我住錯了，其他酒店很多，尚客優、中州都不錯🏀

心連心集團內部的酒店，裏面設施一般，隔音效果很不好，周邊超市和飯店離得近。服務很貼心，會有很多小的細節，雖然硬件設施一般，但是管理很好👍，下次會再入住
