房東很熱情，位置好找，就在胖東來大胖店旁邊，停車在胖東來30塊錢封頂。不足的就是除了床品看着乾淨一點，其他地方都很臟。水池都是水垢，洗衣機墊上面是黴點，床頭和電視全是灰，如圖！

房間煙味大，老闆態度惡劣，入住時間推遲了3小時，找老闆理論，先是不理，後掛電話，再瘋狂罵人，避坑吧，熱水器第一晚沒熱水，後來熱水又不能調温度，熱得不能洗澡，第二天衞生間又沒燈，全是壞燈。最主要收壓金，問幾時退壓金，不正能回答，打太極，老闆自己不正常，還説我不正常，態度極其囂張跋扈，自己房間到入住時間，遲3小時還不能入住，居然還覺得自己沒錯，一句安慰話沒有，還罵人，懷疑老闆非正常人

如果不是要去胖東來也不會定這裏，網上圖片挺好的與實際還是有很大差距。房子裝修陳舊了一些，廁所衞生差了一些，進門一股黴味，整個房間衹有一個很小的窗口整棟樓大致是公寓房，很多都是民宿，人員很複雜，總體感覺不喜歡。
