房間乾淨，裝修風格挺好的，房間一點裝修的味道都沒有，窗户很大，通風效果很好，我們連續住了兩天，服務也好，走的時候還送了小零食。晚上贈送宵夜，就是餃子麪條之類的，也還可以，雖然沒有吃宵夜，衹是去看了一下。

荷塘月色值得推薦的酒店，之前去過一次，這次意外的驚喜收到酒店的人員給我們送的小禮品和小卡片，而且衞生也非常乾淨，前台人員的服務也很熱情，樓層打掃衞生大姐也很有禮貌，推着車可能準備下去了，看到我們在主動給我們讓電梯[強]，退房的時候前台人員很熱情的問開車了嗎？出去記得掃碼，太贊啦[強]，下次來還住荷塘月色酒店

酒店的外觀以及前台大堂裝修給人的感覺挺好的。比較的體面
設施：房間的設施有些陳舊，也許是因為設計上太中規中矩
衞生：衞生方面差強人意。
環境：環境上也算是一般般。對於這個新鄉一座非旅遊城市的這個價格的酒店算不上性價比
服務：服務上還有待提高。但是酒店的附加服務上還是有很多使人覺得便利的地方比如，免費的接送車。
